How do you put my family faces in a book?

How do I send you my family photos?

Go to www.saronti.com/thankYou.html to fill in the online form.

How do I add more than 7 people in my family book?

Buy the book on the website. After the transaction is complete you will be redirected to an online form to upload photos for your book. The form gives you the option to add more people and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to make extra payment.

What kind of photo is required?

Full face head shot is perfect. Make sure the head and/or hair is not cropped The rule is the better the photo, the better the book.

For the digital snapshots, what kind of file do you accept?

- File accepted: JPG, TIF & BMP only.
- Min physical size: 480 x 480 px (about 300KB)
- Max file size: 3MB

The online form doesn't work

If your photos are over 3MB each then the form won't work. Please either resize your photos to be just under 3MB or zip them all up and send them to orders@saronti.com using the free site http://www.yousendit.com

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Paypal and Google Checkout. Our shopping cart is powered by e-junkie.com, a third party to make sure your transactions are secure.

How can I be sure buying from your site is safe?

When will I receive my book?

Delivery usually takes around 20 days from date of good quality photo(s) received.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes.

How much do you charge for delivery ?

Delivery to the UK costs £3.95. International delivery costs £5.65.

Can I buy your books anywhere else?

Yes. Check out the resellers page for up-to-date information.

If at a later date I require another copy of the book, will I be able to buy one?

We keep your book on our system for 3 months after production. Due to the heavy demand, we can't keep everyones books on our system.

Do you sell books in other languages?

Our Saronti books are available in French www.saronti.fr and US English www.saronti.us.

There is a problem with my book, what can I do?

Every book is custom made with your names and photos; we may sometime make mistakes (we're only humans!). If we made a mistake, we will rectify, re-print and send you a new book free of charge within 7 days. Please let us know on +44 (0)20 7193 4881 or email orders@saronti.com.

My book got damaged in the post, what can I do?

If your book has been damaged in the post: Please send it back to us (second class post) and we will send you a new one free of charge and refund the cost of returning the first book. Call us on +44 (0)20 7193 4881 or email orders@saronti.com.
