How do I send you my family photos?

What kind of photo is required?
Full face head shot is perfect. Make sure the head and/or hair is not cropped The rule is the better the photo, the better the book.

If I send in digital snapshot, what kind of file do you accept?
- File accepted: JPG, TIF & BMP only.
- Min physical size: 480 x 480 px
- Max file size: 1MB
- No photos taken from mobile phone please as they are not good enough quality.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Paypal and Google Checkout. Our shopping cart is powered by e-junkie.com, a third part to make sure your transactions are secure.

How can I be sure buying from your site is safe?

Delivery usually takes betweenn 7 to 10 days from received payment/photo(s)

How much do you charge for delivery ?
Delivery to the UK is 0.85p. International delivery costs £3.95

Can I buy your books anywhere else?
Yes. We are currently contacting resellers. Check out the resellers page for up-to-date information.

I don't want to order online, how else can I order?
You can order by post. Simply download the order form for the book you wish to purchase and post it to: Saronti Publishing Ltd, PO Box 54399, London W2 7HS.

If at a later date I require another copy of the book, will I be able to buy one?
We keep your book on our system for 3 months after production. Due to the heavy demand, we can't keep everyones books on our system.

Do you sell books in other languages?
Yes. We are currently translating all our books into French and have recently launched our French site. Check out www.saronti.fr for more.

There is a problem with my book, what can I do?
Every book is custom made with your names and photos; we may sometime make mistakes (we're only humans!). If we made a mistake, we will rectify, re-print and send you a new book free of charge within 7 days. Please let us know on +44 (0)870 919 6824 or email orders@saronti.com.

My book got damaged in the post, what can I do?
If your book has been damaged in the post: Please send it back to us (second class post) and we will send you a new one free of charge and refund the cost of returning the first book. Call us on +44 (0)870 919 6824 or email orders@saronti.com.
