How do I send you my family photos?

What kind of photo is required?
Full face head shot is perfect. Make sure the head and/or hair is not cropped The rule is the better the photo, the better the book.
What digital files do you accept?
- JPG, TIF and BMP.
- Minimum physical size: 480 x 480 px (about 300KB)
- Maximum file size: 3MB
- No photos taken from mobile phones please, as quality is not good enough.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Paypal and Google Checkout. Our shopping cart is powered by e-junkie.com. All payment transactions are secure.

When will I receive my book?
Delivery usually takes around 15 business days from when we receive your payment and photos.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes.
If at a later date I require another copy of the book, will I be able to buy one?
We keep your book on our system for 3 months after production. Due to the heavy demand and privacy policies, we cannpt keep books on our system for more than 3 months.
Do you sell books in other languages?
Yes. We are currently translating all our books into French. Check out www.saronti.fr for more information about this. We hope to also offer our books in Spanish in the near future.
What do I do if there is a problem with my book?
Every book is custom-made with your names and photos. We may make mistakes (we're only humans!). If we made a mistake, we will rectify, re-print and send you a new book free of charge within 7 days. Please let us know by calling 239 243 9691 or email orders-us@saronti.com.
My book got damaged in the mail, what can I do?
Please send it back to us and we will send you a new one free of charge and refund the cost of returning the first book. Call us at 239 243 9691 or email orders-us@saronti.com.
