How do I send you my family photos?
EMAIL your digital photos to orders@saronti.com
IMPORTANT: Remember to label the photos with names/nicknames as you want them to appear in the book.
What kind of photo is required?
Full face head shot is perfect. Make sure the head and/or hair is not cropped The rule is the better the photo, the better the book.
If I send in digital snapshot, what kind of file do you accept?
- File accepted: JPG, TIF & BMP only.
- Min physical size: 480 x 480 px (about 300KB)
- Max file size: 3MB
- No photos taken from mobile phone please as they are not good enough quality.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Paypal and Google Checkout. Our shopping cart is powered by e-junkie.com, a third party to make sure your transactions are secure.

When will I receive my book?
Delivery usually takes around 15 working days from payment/photo(s) received.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes.
Can I buy your books anywhere else?
Yes. We are currently contacting resellers. Check out the resellers page for up-to-date information.
If at a later date I require another copy of the book, will I be able to buy one?
We keep your book on our system for 3 months after production. Due to the heavy demand and privacy policies,, we can't keep books on our system for more than 3 months.
Do you sell books in other languages?
Yes. We are currently translating all our books into French. Check out www.saronti.fr for more.
There is a problem with my book, what can I do?
Every book is custom made with your names and photos; we may sometime make mistakes (we're only humans!). If we made a mistake, we will rectify, re-print and send you a new book free of charge within 7 days. Please let us know on 239 243 9691 or email orders@saronti.com.
My book got damaged in the post, what can I do?
If your book has been damaged in the post: Please send it back to us and we will send you a new one free of charge and refund the cost of returning the first book. Call us on 239 243 9691 or email orders@saronti.com.
